Refunds and Returns
Custom Gifts by Ty offers a 100% 14-day money-back guarantee on non-customized items. I will not accept returns on items that smell of cigarette smoke (or other odors) or are covered with pet hair.
Please contact me before you return any item for instructions. If your item was NOT customized in any way, when I receive your item in its original condition, I will refund your purchase less shipping. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is an error on my part.
Personalized items are not eligible to be returned or refunded as they are customized to order and unable to be resold. I aim for customer satisfaction, take pride in my products, and will do all I can to properly represent and make your order. I will correct any order that is not done correctly or is sub-par.
Changing/Cancelling an Order
Typically orders go into production within 2 business days of receipt. If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact me immediately. If the order has not been started, I will make the revision. If the order has been started, I can recreate it for just the cost of the blank product. Once orders are shipped, I am unable to make any changes, including the shipping address.
Damaged Items
I carefully pack all orders. Still, damages occasionally occur. Damages need to be reported to me within 7 days of receipt, as I have limited time to file a claim with the shipper. Please email me the order number, photos of the damaged item, it’s packaging to sales@custom-gifts-by-ty.com. I will send replacements and/or begin on a personalized item as soon as I can.
Incorrect Orders
As humans go, I occasionally (but rarely) make mistakes. If I make an error in spelling, design, or item, please contact me immediately by email (provide the order number, item, and description of the error). I will correct this immediately.
If the mistake is made by my wonderful (also human) customer, it can be readily fixed. In most cases, I will replace the order for a discounted price.
