MY STORY
Hello! My name is Tyonna.
I’m a small business owner working on making my dreams come true. I am a very crafty person making personalized gifts such as tumblers, shirts, wall decor, and more.
I have loved doing crafts since I was little. My mom started me sewing when I was around 10. Around 12, I started cross-stitching. My grandmother then taught me how to knit around the age of 14.
As I got older and started a family of my own, I began trying different hobbies. I love creating new things and challenging myself. My biggest challenge was making all of my wedding decorations. Everything from the table settings to the archway we got married in front of.
Based in Southern Missouri, I began making personalized glitter tumblers for myself and my kids. Word spread to family members, coworkers, and friends, and my husband suggested I make some and start selling them. We sat down and started discussing some of the other things I have made and thus custom-gifts-by-ty.com was created in January of 2023.
I have so much fun making these items, and my girls love watching me and asking questions. It brings such joy to my heart to give a custom gift and see the excitement on their face when they see it for the first time.
