What is your shipping policy?
Turnaround: I personalize orders in 1-2 weeks and aim to get customers their orders in 3 weeks, shipping from Missouri. I can no longer guarantee a specific delivery date, but I am doing all I can to ensure the fastest delivery.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is FREE in the continental US.
International Shipping: Currently I only ship to the US.
How do I track an order?
To track your order go to Track My Order and enter your Order ID and billing e-mail, then press the “Track” button. You should have received this information on your receipt and in the confirmation e-mail.
What form of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards: I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and use Stripe as my payment gateway.
Checks & Money Orders: Orders paid by check or money orders will not be started until payment clears. You will be contacted when I can start your order.
Cash: I accept cash only on orders to be picked up or delivered in person. Items must be paid for before I begin the order.
How do I choose customization options?
PLEASE INCLUDE THESE NOTES in the “Special Instructions” when checking out:
Glitter Color. If more than one color, please specify which color you would like on the top, middle, and bottom of the tumbler.
Graphic Placement. Top, middle, or bottom of the tumbler.
Graphics & Text. Please be sure to mention what graphic or text you would like. If there are any problems with your request, I will contact you.
